Precision Cutting Using The Power Of Plasma
BD Plasma specialises in precision cutting metals using computer numerical controlled plasma cutting technology. Our team of skilled engineers deliver high-quality cutting services that produce parts bespoke to your needs.
Whether you need a single custom part or a batch of 100s, we get the job done with accuracy and efficiency.
We work with sheet material up to 2500mm x 1250mm in:
- Mild Steel – up to 16mm thick
- Stainless Steel – up to 12mm thick
- Aluminium – up to 12mm thick
We can supply the stock material or you can drop your own material into the workshop.
Our standard turnaround time is 10 working days, but a 3-day premium service is available for certain stock materials/thicknesses. We can deliver to you or you can collect from us.
Needing support in draughting up the design? We can do that for you with our in-house draughting service.
